Happy Birthday Crafters Companion

Hello again all I thought I would let you all know that I decided to enter the Crafters Companion Birthday competiton the prize is massive the winner gets to be guest designer for 3 months and I would so love to win this one I love crafters companion anyway we had to make a card for their 6th birthday and send it in and this is the card I made it is 8x8 easel with an acetate wrap.I do hope they liked it the winners will be revealed this week so I have everything crossed,there is also a few runners up prizes too of £25 to spend in their online store.

I have used the popcorn bear birthday cd rom and chose to do decoupage I decorated the corners with beautiful flowers from wild orchid craft and hobbycraft,the paper is also from the cd and i have used a martha stewart punch,acetate,card candy,gems and ribbon to decorate so i did go the whole hog on this one I do hope you like it and you can see it clearly enought if not click on it for a bigger viewing.

You Rock meets Steampunk

Morning sweeties how are you all on this beautiful sunny day(well it is here in the south of England at the moment).

Well here is the card I promised to share and I am kind of happy with it so I hope you all like it too,its not my usual girly pink and purples and I have even distressed the edges with a paper distresser too(first time I have done this).

The image is from Kenny K of course I just think he is so very talented I love his work,I have coloured her with promarkers the 'you rock' stamp is from an inkadinkado set,trim is from bo bunny and the cogs are from make it crafty which are chippies that i triple embossed with a copper embossing powder I love how they look when they are embossed.For a little extra detail I have added some card candi I am loving this stuff but I really have to thank Kath as I was lucky enough to win a whole store of them full of 13 boxes of loads of colours and over 400 in each so thankyou so much Kath.I am sorry but I am not sure where the paper is from as I won a massive stash of them from Elaine but I really loved how textured it looks.

I do hope you like this one as I was pleased with it and my other half liked it too.

Hello peeps just a quick card to share with you.I think this image is so sweet it is from the garden fairies and fits nicely into the labels 7 dies I have coloured using promarkers,the letters are sizzix bug in a rug alphabet dies which i have glittered and i finished with ribbon,gems and did a little fake stitching to draw it all in.

Quick Card For Bobunny Challenge

Evening all I hope you are all well,I decided to join in on the Bobunny sketch challenge this week and made this really quick contemporary christmas card all of the elements on the card are from Bobunny with additon of a little ribbon,glitterglue and gems.

Playing In Autumn Leaves

Hi everyone I thought I would pop in to share this quick Fall card with you I have used Popcorn bear kids cd rom and believe me when I say it took ages cutting around all those leaves lol i think a few loose ones didn't make it on the card lol but Sshhhhh no one need ever know the paper is also from the cd,i have used a martha stewart punch and card candy,glitter glue and ribbon to finish.

Fab Competition Check This Out..........

Hello everyone there is a really great competition going on over at CREATIVITY LADY you could be the proud owner of this gorgeous double cd rom pictured above featuring artwork from Rachelle Anne Miller I have bee watching create and craft all week and there is so much on this set its a real beauty.There is a competition to win a set though so if you love cd crafting as much as I do then all you have to do is pop over HERE for all the details and them make a card with the beautiful free download they have given to all participants.

Here is my entry for the competition I am really sorry that the rest of my ribbon is missing from the picture but i had trouble scanning it in as I decided to make an 8x8 card I know massive for me lol.

I made up the beautiful decoupage and highlighted with a little glamour dust(ultra fine glitter) also on the sheet comes a border which I placed across the middle and you even get this cute sentiment which I placed at the bottom of my card.I made up some flowers using heartfelt creations posie dies added a gem in the centres,tied a double bow and finished with 2 pieces of card candy at the ends of the border.

A Card For Wild Rose Sudio Bloghop

Hello everyone here is a little card I have made for the Wild Rose Studio Bloghop. I got the papers free in the Papercraft essentials magazine it was a full 36 page pack with these adorable toppers included.I have used marianne poinsetta dies,circle and scallop circle nesties ,gems and a white gel pen for the greeting and faux stitching I hope you like it.
