1st Time Ever Scraps Raid-lol

Just a quick post this morning as its now 10 past 1 in the morning and I am almost reaching for the matchsticks to keep my peepers open lol.
Well I desided it was about time to go to the leftovers box and have a rumage and see what happens well this is what happened so i don't think i will be doing that again.I think the toppers clash a little bit with the paper oh well you can't love them all.The paper, toppers, sentiment are all from popcorn the bear birthday cd rom which were leftovers the ribbon is from doodlebug and the flowers from my stash please be brutally honest about what you think it will not hurt my feelings I am a tough cookie honest.

I think I will enter this into the following challenges:
A spoonful of sugar-Animal crackers
Crafts and me-birthdays
Crafty creations-ice cream/cakes
Magical crafts-flower power
Thanks for looking and i shall see you all soon xx

Mmmmm - reminds of those iced gems little biscuits. Don't think it's the toppers clashing - leave out the flower & sentiments & replace the ribbon with a plainer purple one. Those are my honest thoughts, hope that's OK.

PS - think we're sufficiently good blogging friends not to pussy foot around, please do the same for me.

Hi Lorraine,

Working outside your comfort zone is a hard thing to do. And matching leftovers that as well is a tough one too.
And to be honest. The colors match perfect. And the dp, images, ribbon and flowers make it a complete card. Everything makes that the colors combine so well.
I think that you made a rocking card.
Don;t change a thing!
love you

I like it just the way it is. We sometimes forget we have to make cards for the recipient not just what we like, and this would be very suited to a colourful character!! Love it x Leigh x
