Hello everyone so sorry I've not been blogging much lately its been pretty hectic here over the last few weeks my partners brother needs a good sharp kick up the backside and at 35 years old I expect better I mean he is 4 years older than me and thinks the world owes him a living.
Enough of him lets talk about the fun stuff well I'm sure you have all heard of Eminem the rap singer well let me introduce you to the one and only Emi-Noo Noo lol
He is just like his mummy(me of course) and hates having his picture taken but I think he was pretty good with these two I think they will make a great scrap page when I get round to it.
I have also been doing a little home baking Im not brilliant but think these cupcakes turned out ok what do you think?
I must confess the frosting is a bit of a cheat as its actually Nutella Chocolate spread but tastes amazing and the sprinkles are crushed up dime bar they were so yummy.
Now onto my cards that I have made.
Two very different cards but i had such fun making them as my friend Lorraine(Coldwaters 2) sent me so many pretty things I couldn't wait to use them I do hope you like them thankyou so much Lorraine.
I hope to make more this week and enter a challenge or two.
Hugs

My 1st Digi Cards
Evening everyone I hope you are all well, tonight I decided to have a play with my Docrafts Digital Designer Tatty Teddy CD rom my first one is to enter into The CD Sunday Challenge who has a great theme of 'Cute Christmas' and I think the shadow feature really adds depth to the layers on the individual elements.
My second one is a Birthday card and I really love this character with his huge cupcake and there are lots of cute embellishments I reduced the size of one of the flowers to go into the centre of the digi ribbon bow and I think it works well.
Would love to know what you all think of my 1st attempts so if you like please leave me a comment weather its good or bad.
Thankyou for popping by to visit me and my blog

I Am Back With A Nautical Fathers Day
Hello Everyone I hope you are all doing ok I know I should appreciate the hot weather as we in the UK don't see a lot of sun but its too hot for me I love Autumn and the heat has made my poor little Blade sick he is lying on the sofa bless him I just wish there was something I could do but we just have to starve him not that he wants to eat anything anyway but the good thing is that he is drinking lots of cold icy water.
Today I have made my Dads Fathers day card using a great stamp set from Kanban I stamped the main image using Indigo blue dye based ink and then I stamped the bird to make it look like he is part of the image I stamped the bird twice to layer him up.I dragged the ink out using water and a paint brush for the shading detail. The anchor and compass also came from the same stamp set.For the bottom of the card I have torn some Kraft paper to make it look like sand and distressed the edges with Antique Linen Distress ink.I cut out some shells from an old paper pack I had to add to the sand and for added detail I mixed three different green flowersoft colours together for the look of moss from the see also for the grass around the lighthouse.I stamped the anchor ,attached some rope to make it look like it has been anchored into the sand. For the background I used Frost watermark ink and stamped the anchor all over the blue papers randomly to create my own paper.
I hope you like it.
