Hi everyone just a quick post to say a massive thankyou to everyone who gave me their warm wishes when i had to go to the dentist I tell you I was so scared but I went through with it and now I have gained a bit more confidence I think and confidence is something I do lack in most aspects of my life so thankyou all so much for your kind comments they really did help.
